10 Mins Chao Fan

Chinese fried rice also called Chǎofàn or Chao Fan is a stir-fry rice that is normally mixed with pieces of vegetables, eggs, and sometimes meat.

Ingredients:

  • Defatted Ground Beef
  • Onion, cone #3
  • Basmati Rice
  • Mixed Vegatables
  • Egg
  • Oyster Sauce
  • Black Pepper

Procedure:

  1. Pre-heat Electric Skillet at 230deg C for 5 minutes
  2. Sauté Onion, once become translucent add the rest of
    the ingredients and add Water (just enough to cover
    your rice)
  3. Set timer for 10 minutes
  4. Add your egg a minute before your timer will be done
  5. Serve and enjoy!
