10 Mins Chao Fan
Chinese fried rice also called Chǎofàn or Chao Fan is a stir-fry rice that is normally mixed with pieces of vegetables, eggs, and sometimes meat.
Ingredients:
- Defatted Ground Beef
- Onion, cone #3
- Basmati Rice
- Mixed Vegatables
- Egg
- Oyster Sauce
- Black Pepper
Procedure:
- Pre-heat Electric Skillet at 230deg C for 5 minutes
- Sauté Onion, once become translucent add the rest of
the ingredients and add Water (just enough to cover
your rice) - Set timer for 10 minutes
- Add your egg a minute before your timer will be done
- Serve and enjoy!
