Ingredients:

  • Beef Shanks
  • Onion
  • Garlic
  • Red Tomatoes
  • Annatto Powder
  • Black Pepper
  • Pink Salt
  • Tamarind
  • Ginger
  • Lemon Grass
  • Long Green Chilli
  • Unripe Jackfruit

Procedure:

  1. Defat beef in 30 mins
  2. Sauté onion, garlic and tomatoes
  3. Add the defatted beef
  4. Add all ingredients.
  5. Cook for 20 mins in medium heat
