Vegetable Biryani

Vegetable Biryani is an aromatic rice dish made with basmati rice, mix veggies, herbs & biryani spices.

Ingredients:

  • Onion, cone #3
  • Cumin Seed
  • Cinnamon Stick
  • Blackpepper Corn
  • Ginger & garlic Paste
  • Tomato, diced
  • Peas
  • Carrot
  • Potato
  • Brocolli
  • Garam Masala Powder
  • Ground Turmeric
  • Basmati Rice

Procedure:

  1. Pre heat Skillet
  2. Add all dry ingredients, Add Garlic paste & Tomatoes. Cover for a minute to let the tomatoes cook.
  3. Add Peas, Carrots and Potatoes. Cover for 2 minutes.
  4. Add Garam Masalam Powder, Turmeric Powder and Rice
  5. Set Skillet to 230deg C for 10 minutes
  6. Serve hot and enjoy.
