Vegetable Biryani
Vegetable Biryani is an aromatic rice dish made with basmati rice, mix veggies, herbs & biryani spices.
Ingredients:
- Onion, cone #3
- Cumin Seed
- Cinnamon Stick
- Blackpepper Corn
- Ginger & garlic Paste
- Tomato, diced
- Peas
- Carrot
- Potato
- Brocolli
- Garam Masala Powder
- Ground Turmeric
- Basmati Rice
Procedure:
- Pre heat Skillet
- Add all dry ingredients, Add Garlic paste & Tomatoes. Cover for a minute to let the tomatoes cook.
- Add Peas, Carrots and Potatoes. Cover for 2 minutes.
- Add Garam Masalam Powder, Turmeric Powder and Rice
- Set Skillet to 230deg C for 10 minutes
- Serve hot and enjoy.
