Is a milk pudding commonly made with rice, sugar, milk and either rice flour, starch or semolina, popular as a dessert in the Middle East.

Ingredients:

  • Whole Milk
  • Cornstarch
  • Sugar
  • Whipping Cream
  • Ground Cardamom
  • Pistachio

Procedure:

  1. On Medium Heat, Mix the Whole Milk, Cornstarch, Sugar and Whipping Cream in your MP5. Whisk continously for 10 mins until it starts to thicken.
  2. Lower the heat to low and continue whisking until thickened to a pudding consistency.
  3. Remove from heat and add the Ground Cardamom. Transfer to glass container and refrigerate for 2-3 hours.
  4. Garnish with pistachio and serve!
