Mahalabia
Is a milk pudding commonly made with rice, sugar, milk and either rice flour, starch or semolina, popular as a dessert in the Middle East.
Ingredients:
- Whole Milk
- Cornstarch
- Sugar
- Whipping Cream
- Ground Cardamom
- Pistachio
Procedure:
- On Medium Heat, Mix the Whole Milk, Cornstarch, Sugar and Whipping Cream in your MP5. Whisk continously for 10 mins until it starts to thicken.
- Lower the heat to low and continue whisking until thickened to a pudding consistency.
- Remove from heat and add the Ground Cardamom. Transfer to glass container and refrigerate for 2-3 hours.
- Garnish with pistachio and serve!
