Callos
Callos is a ox stripe stew common across Spain, and is considered traditional to Madrid. It is also traditional dish in the Philippines, usually cooked during special occasions, with a slight variations in ingredients.
Ingredients:
- Beef Tripe
- Baked Beans
- Onion
- Green Onion
- Bell Pepper
- Scallion
Procedure:
- Clean and Cook Beef Tripe for 30 minutes, medium click low.
- Preheat 5QT Gourmet Wok.
- Sauté Onion until translucent. Add Beef Tripe and cover for 5
minutes. - Add all remaining ingredients. Cover for another 5 minutes,
medium click low. - Garnish with green onions. Serve and Enjoy!
